Last Tuesday, November 19th, in the seminar hall of College of Veterinary Medicine, we had the honor of hosting Dr. Nizar Amin Mohammed, Director of the Department of International Relations, who delivered a valuable seminar on the mechanisms of initiating international projects.

The seminar was distinguished by its rich content, addressing the projects submitted by the University of Duhok since its establishment and highlighting the key programs the university has participated in. Dr. Nizar also provided detailed information about contact addresses, communication mechanisms, and essential terminology used in dealing with each program.

The session took place in a welcoming atmosphere, with the support and supervision of the college administration, represented by the dean of the college, Dr. Mohammed Shukri Shukur. The event emphasized the importance of building strong connections between the college and the Department of International Relations. It also underscored the need to leverage the accumulated expertise of the department and the capabilities of the college to achieve shared goals, including obtaining available funding, participating in exchange programs, and developing strategically significant projects.

We hope this initiative will pave the way for fruitful collaboration in the future.
