The flow of cases to the clinics affiliated with the College of Veterinary Medicine continues, some of them are for medical consultations and others for receiving internal or surgical treatment.

During the past week, we recorded cases of deep wounds and bruises in animals of various kinds, resulting from accidental incidents they experience in their daily activities, as well as cases resulting from fights between animals, which are related to their natural instincts.

Dr. Maryam Ibraheem Yaseen\ Assist professor at the department of internal medicine and surgery supervised a group of students who practically applied all procedures related to the wound treatment protocol, as well as administering medications and taking the necessary precautions to avoid bacterial and viral infections that may follow such cases.
