  • Dr Khabat Noori Hussein is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Food Science and Technology, College of Agricultural Engineering Science, University of Duhok. He got a B.Sc. degree in Animal Production in 2008 from the University of Duhok, Kurdistan, Iraq, and an M.Sc. degree in 'Livestock Production Science' from Essex University, UK in 2012, and was awarded a Ph.D. degree in 'Food Science' in 2021 from the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences, Hungary. His research interests include Meat Technology, Food Preservation. Dr. Khabat is a member of several academic associations.
